2. Money-Back Guarantee

  1. Eligibility:
    • Website Wannabe offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on our website management plans. All completed projects and/or services are generally considered non-refundable.
    • This guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, or other add-on services.
  2. Request Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
    • Requests can be made via our support portal or by emailing support@websitewannabe.com.

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • SSL certificates.
  • Setup fees or migration fees.
  • Customized services or development work.
  • Any service explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

 


 

4. Prorated Refunds

  1. Website Management Plans:
    • Refunds for our managment plans canceled after the initial 7-day guarantee period are non-refundable for the remaining invoicing period.
  2. Add-On Services:
    • No refunds are provided for unused portions of add-on services, such as backups or premium support.

 


 

5. Refunds for Renewal Payments

  1. Eligibility:
    • Annual renewal payments are eligible for refunds if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.
    • Refunds for monthly renewals are not guaranteed and are subject to review.
  2. Notification:
    • Customers are responsible for monitoring renewal dates and canceling services prior to renewal if no longer needed.

 


 

6. Refund Method

  1. Payment Method:
    • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made at Website Wannabe’s discretion.
    • If the payment method was by check, Website Wannabe will provide a refund via cashier’s check which can be picked up in our offices or sent via certified mail to the address we have on file.
    • Website Wannabe is not responsible for certified mail that has been delivered to the correct address and signed for.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days of approval.

 


 

7. Services Canceled by Website Wannabe

  1. Policy Violations:
    • No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to violations of our Security Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, or other policies.
  2. Other Reasons:
    • If services are canceled by Website Wannabe for reasons unrelated to customer conduct, a prorated refund may be provided.

 


 

8. Refund Disputes

  1. Resolution Process:
    • Disputes regarding refunds should be submitted to support@websitewannabe.com.
    • Website Wannabe will review and respond to disputes within 14 business days.
  2. Chargebacks:
    • Customers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with Website Wannabe. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and account suspension.

Website Wannabe reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy anytime. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
