Is this refundable?

Lifetime members can request a refund within 30 days after onboarding if the membership is not a good fit. After that, the one-time payment is non-refundable. We only want members who truly benefit from the platform.

What happens if you go out of business?

We have been in business for eight years and plan on being in business for the foreseeable future. We are committed to the long-term operation of the platform. It's much more likely that we would get bought out five years from now, and any agreements in place would likely continue if that were to happen. If we ever had to wind down, we would give advance notice and support data export and transition options. The one-time payment is still non-refundable, which is why we keep the cohort small and focus on sustainable operations.

Existing customers who want to lock in platform access with one payment and avoid recurring platform fees. It's for businesses that plan to use the platform long-term.

Is this available to everyone?

What happens after all spots are filled?

Once the cohort is full, this offer closes. New clients use the standard monthly platform plan. We may open a waitlist for future cohorts.

Are there any hidden or recurring fees?

No. The one-time price covers lifetime platform access and hosting as described. Optional add-ons (e.g. AI Reception Assistant, Reputation Accelerator) are separate and billed only if you choose them.

What if the platform changes or features are removed?

We evolve the platform to improve performance and security. Core access, hosting, template updates, and the lead-capture system remain part of your lifetime deal. If we ever materially reduced what's included, we would communicate that clearly to lifetime clients.

What if I sell my business or stop using the site?

The lifetime plan can be transferred with the business, making it an asset for the new owner. If you simply stop using it, there is no ongoing fee; the payment is non-refundable.

What happens if the platform grows or new tools are released?

Lifetime members receive access to all core platform capabilities we develop, including future AI tools.

What happens if you raise prices in the future?

What support and updates are included?
