A mobile app for your business, built and run by the team behind your website.

iOS and Android apps for your customers or your crew. Accounts, data and payments come from the platform your website already runs on, so you are not paying anyone to start from zero. Projects start at $12,500, with a monthly care plan after launch.

Three kinds of app, one platform

Most businesses need one of the first two. Tell us what the app has to do and we will tell you which one it is.

Customer App

For the people who buy from you. Book, order, pay, check in, see their history and get a notification when something changes.

  • Booking, ordering or membership flows
  • Sign-in shared with your website
  • Push notifications for confirmations and reminders
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards through your existing checkout

Team App

For your staff and field crews. Jobs, photos, checklists, schedules and team chat, working from the same data as your dashboard.

  • Jobs, visits and timesheets from the truck
  • Photos and notes attached to the right job
  • Team chat with push alerts
  • Works offline and syncs when the signal returns

Custom App

Both sides at once, integrations with the systems you already run, or a product that does not exist yet. Scoped and priced in phases.

  • Customer and staff apps that share one backend
  • Integrations: payments, accounting, scheduling, CRM
  • A written scope and a fixed price per phase
  • Built in milestones you can test on your phone

Sound familiar?

  • Customers call to book or ask about an order because your site is awkward on a phone.
  • Your crew texts photos and notes into a group chat that nobody can search a week later.
  • You asked for an app quote, got a number north of $50,000, and no clear answer on what happens after launch.
  • Staff type the same job into two systems because the app and the office do not talk.

What you get

  • One codebase, two stores: iOS and Android from the same build.
  • Sign-in shared with your website, so nobody creates a second account.
  • Push notifications for the moments that matter: confirmations, reminders, dispatch, updates.
  • The same dashboard and data your website runs on. Nothing to sync, nothing to re-type.
  • Store submission handled, including the privacy labels, screenshots and review.
  • A care plan that keeps it working through every iOS and Android release.

Mobile app pricing

Every app is quoted after a discovery call. These are the starting points so you can budget before we talk. The build is a one-time project; the care plan keeps it current after launch.

Customer App

from $12,500per project

One app for your customers on iOS and Android, connected to the website we run for you. Most projects land between $12,500 to $20,000 and launch in 6 to 8 weeks. Then $299 a month to keep it current.

What the monthly care plan covers

An app is never finished the day it launches. Apple and Google each ship a major release every year, store rules change, and your business changes. The care plan runs on a 12-month term.

OS releases

We test and update the app for every major iOS and Android release, so it keeps opening the day your customers update their phones.

Store compliance

Policy changes, privacy labels, account renewals and re-submissions are handled before the stores pull a listing.

Monitoring and fixes

Crash and error reporting is wired in from day one. When something breaks on a device we have not seen, we find out before you do.

Small changes every month

New copy, a new field on a form, a new notification. Send it by email or text and it becomes a ticket we work.

Hosting and data

The backend your app talks to runs on our platform, with backups, security updates and the same dashboard your website uses.

Your store accounts

The app is published under your business in developer accounts you own. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 one time; the stores bill you directly.

Why build it with the team that runs your website

Already connected

Accounts, payments, forms, chat and the dashboard are already live for your website. The app plugs into them instead of rebuilding them.

Built on shared parts

Every app we ship starts from the same tested foundation for sign-in, push notifications, offline sync and crash reporting. You pay for what is specific to you.

One team, one number

The people who answer your website tickets are the people who maintain your app. There is no second vendor to chase.

Honest scope

If a mobile-friendly page on your website would do the job for less, we will say so on the first call.

How an app project works

  1. 1

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what the app has to do, who will use it and what you already have. If an app is not the right move, we say so here.

  2. 2

    Scope and fixed quote

A written list of screens and features, a fixed price and a timeline. Nothing starts until you have approved it.

  3. 3

    Design and build in milestones

You install real builds on your own phone at every milestone through a beta link, and send feedback from inside the app.

  4. 4

    Launch and care

We submit to both stores, handle the review, and move you onto the care plan the day the app is live.

Questions, answered

How much does a mobile app cost?

A customer app starts at $12,500 and most land between $12,500 to $20,000. A team app starts at $15,000 and most land between $15,000 to $30,000. Anything bigger is scoped in phases from $30,000. Agencies quoting the same app from scratch usually start at $30,000 to $50,000; we start lower because sign-in, payments, push and the dashboard already exist on our platform.

How long does it take?

A customer app usually launches in 6 to 8 weeks from kickoff and a team app in 8 to 10 weeks, including store review. Apple's review can add a few days at the end, and we plan for it.

Do I need a website with you first?

The app runs on the same platform as your website: accounts, data, payments and the dashboard. If we already run your site, the app plugs straight in. If we do not, setting up the platform is part of the project and we quote it together.

Is it iOS and Android?

Yes. One codebase ships to the App Store and Google Play from the same build, so a change reaches both at once. Where it makes sense, the same app can also run in a browser.

Who owns the app?

The app is published under your business name in developer accounts you own, and your data is yours. We run the platform it is built on and keep it current under the care plan.

Can customers use the same login as the website?

Yes. Your customers and staff sign in with the account they already have. Nobody signs up twice, and a password reset works the same way in both places.

What happens after launch?

The care plan starts the day the app is live: OS updates, store compliance, monitoring, hosting and small changes each month, from $299 a month on a 12-month term. Larger changes are quoted as their own small project.

I only have an idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. The discovery call is where the idea becomes a list of screens. We build apps for businesses that already have customers or a crew to serve; if you are planning a consumer startup, we are probably not the right fit and will tell you.

Still have questions? We are happy to help.

Have an app in mind?

Tell us what it has to do and we will scope it, with a real price and a real timeline.
