Do I need to buy anything from Zoom?
This works with any paid Zoom plan. The webinar funnel add-on requires a Zoom Webinars license, which Zoom sells separately by attendee capacity. We help you pick the right size before you spend anything.
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are fully set up within a week, and most of the work happens in a single session. Add the AI video and allow a few extra days for production and a revision pass.
How do you get access to our account?
After purchase you complete a short questionnaire, then either add us as a temporary admin or drive alongside us on a screen share. We never ask you to store or send passwords.
We already run webinars. Is this still worth it?
That is where the upgrade shows most. Branded registration pages, a waiting room video, and automated follow-up emails to attendees and no-shows typically lift show-up rates and replay views right away.
What are the ongoing costs?
The setup itself is one-time. If we build your webinar funnel and email sequence, hosting and management are included with a $299 annual renewal each January 1, with no monthly fee under 5,000 emails per month. Installing funnels or email sequences into third-party systems instead is billed at $147 per hour.
