Funnels and email sequences are built on our platform. Installation into third-party systems is billed at $147 per hour. Hosting and management of your funnel and email sequence is included with a $299 annual renewal each January 1. No monthly fee for email volume under 5,000 emails per month.

Can you brand our Zoom account?
Yes, that is the heart of the Makeover: your logo and welcome message in the waiting room, branded booking pages and emails, and team backgrounds on every call. If you also want a fully branded sign-in page at your own address (yourcompany.zoom.us), Zoom only offers that vanity URL feature on its Business, Education, and Enterprise plans; we will confirm what your plan supports on the fit call.
What Zoom plan do I need?
Any paid Zoom plan works for the core Makeover. Vanity URL branding requires Zoom Business or higher, and the Webinar Launch add-on requires a Zoom Webinars license, which Zoom sells separately by attendee capacity. We help you pick the right plan before you spend anything, and the account audit often finds savings that offset it.
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are fully set up within a week, and most of the work happens in a single session. Add the AI video and allow a few extra days for production and a revision pass.
How do you get access to our account?
After purchase you complete a short questionnaire, then either add us as a temporary admin or drive alongside us on a screen share. We never ask you to store or send passwords.
We already run webinars. Is this still worth it?
That is where the upgrade shows most. Branded registration pages, a waiting room video, and automated follow-up emails to attendees and no-shows typically lift show-up rates and replay views right away.
What if I do not like the result?
We redo it until you love it, and if you still do not, we refund half, no questions asked. You also keep every configuration we made up to that point; nothing gets rolled back.
