1. Program Description
Website Wannabe operates a text messaging program that lets prospects and customers receive transactional and conversational SMS from our team. By opting in, you agree to these SMS / Text Messaging Terms.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Replies from our sales team to inquiries you submitted on our website.
- Appointment, consultation, and onboarding scheduling and reminders.
- Account, billing, and order status updates.
- Service updates and customer support correspondence.
- Occasional promotional messages about products, packages, and offers (only if you opted in to marketing messages on the contact form).
3. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at /contact and providing a valid mobile number. The consent text on the form reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Website Wannabe at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month. During active projects or scheduled launches, frequency may be higher.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges for SMS and MMS messages will apply per your mobile plan. Website Wannabe is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
6. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the short code or long code from which you received messages. After you send "STOP", we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can opt back in by texting "START" or by re-submitting the contact form.
7. Help (HELP)
For help, text "HELP" to the number from which you received messages, email support@websitewannabe.com, or call +1 (267) 500-2928.
8. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy and Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is only shared with subprocessors that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS provider) and only for the purpose of operating this program.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS / Text Messaging Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers before the changes take effect.
